Fragrance oil - Jasmine absolute 10ml

Sweet and rich floral jasmine with an exotic scent

Essential jasmine oil from Jasminum officinale, extracted through steam distillation from the flowers. Jasmine is a delicate, evergreen climbing plant originating from China and India. The small, white, star-shaped flowers are picked at night when their scent is strongest.

Jasmine oil has a sweet, exotic, and rich floral scent. The distillation process is more extensive than for many other oils, making jasmine an exclusive raw material. The scent is associated with deep relaxation, optimism, and boosted self-confidence in aromatic routines.

Jasmine oil is traditionally used in aromatic blends, aroma diffusers, and massage oil. The soft scent is suitable for calming and well-being-inspired moments. In diluted skincare blends, it is used for dry, oily, or sensitive skin and is appreciated for its soft, elegant feel.

Jasmine has been considered a sacred flower in India for hundreds of years and is still tied into garlands for Hindu gods and goddesses. Jasmine is often worn in the hair by Indian women and is one of the most important flowers in wedding garlands. According to a myth, the sun god Surya rejected a princess's love, and she was so devastated that she took her own life. From her ashes, which were scattered on the ground, a jasmine plant grew. Because the sun god had caused her so much pain, the jasmine flower bloomed and released its perfume only at night.

Always use essential oils in accordance with current safety guidelines and in appropriate dilution.
