Fresh and citrus-scented fragrance oil

Citronella oil is steam distilled from the leaves and stems of the Cymbopogon species, primarily Cymbopogon Nardus. Citronella essential oil is known as a plant-based insect repellent and a biopesticide with a non-toxic mode of action, and has been registered for this purpose in the USA since 1948. The main producing countries are Indonesia and China, which together produce approximately 40% of the world's citronella essential oil.

In addition to its use as an insect repellent for the skin, the oil is valued in skincare for oily skin and hair, as well as a deodorant.

Avoid use during pregnancy and on children under 3 years of age. Do not ingest.
