Agnes + Cat Botanical Soy Wax Candles are a curated candle collection inspired by the landscapes of the Lake District. Each fragrance reflects a specific location, presented in a gift box with hand-drawn local scenes and a short literary poem linked to the place.

Each candle is made with soy wax and set with real dried flowers embedded directly in the wax. The scents are developed to reflect the environments of the Lake District – from floral gardens and open moorlands to forests, coastal air, and Lakeland mornings. Individual designs refer to places such as Sawrey, Windermere, Rydal, and the surrounding mountains, with artwork and poetry drawn from classic English authors like Beatrix Potter, William Wordsworth, Christina Rossetti, and Robert Herrick.

The candles are poured into clear glass vessels that showcase the botanicals. Each unit contains 350g of wax with an approximate burn time of 70 hours.

Care Instructions
Burn the candle for at least two hours during the first use to create an even melt pool and prevent tunnelling. Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm for a controlled flame, to prevent soot, and to maximize the total burn time.
