Shipping policy

Shipping
Shipping is 9 EUR within EU. We deliver to countries within the EU. Shipping costs for all countries are shown at checkout. We offer sometimes free shipping on selected promotions or products.

Prices
All prices include VAT. No additional customs or import charges apply to deliveries within the EU.

Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, including the 24-hour cancellation period.

Transit time
Transit time is in addition to order processing time and is 4-7 business days.

Delivery time
Total delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of order, including 1-3 business days for order processing time and 4-7 business days for transit time. Delivery dates are shown on all products. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.

Package tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order has shipped. It can take a few days for tracking information to update in the system.

Split shipments
If you order several products, they may be delivered separately because they can be shipped from different warehouses. Only one shipping fee is charged.

Delays
If we receive information that your delivery will be delayed, we will contact you and help follow up on your shipment. Delays can occur during transit, customs handling, or local logistics. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.

Delivery issues
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, contact us at: info@anibelifestyle.com. Always include your order number.

Return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. If you withdraw from the purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost will be refunded.

Incorrect address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. A handling fee of 13 EUR is charged within EU and deducted from the refund.

Unclaimed parcels
A fee of 13 EUR applies to unclaimed parcels within EU and is deducted from the refund.
