Our commitment
Anibe Lifestyle AB strives to make the website anibelifestyle.com accessible to all visitors, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We continuously work to comply with the guidelines set out in WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at level AA.

What Shopify is responsible for
Anibe Lifestyle AB uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. Shopify ensures accessibility in the following areas:

• The checkout and payment flow has been tested and adapted to meet WCAG 2.1 AA
• The theme (Trade) is built with semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and basic keyboard navigation
• A "Skip to content" link is available during keyboard navigation, allowing users to bypass the menu and jump directly to the main content
• Focus indicators and navigation in standard components such as menus, modals, and the shopping cart
• The language attribute of the website is set dynamically based on the visitor's selected language, helping screen readers announce content correctly

What Anibe Lifestyle AB is responsible for
We actively work on the following areas of the website:

• Alt texts – Product images and other images are provided with descriptive alternative texts
• Colour contrast – We aim for a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for regular text and 3:1 for larger text
• Heading structure – Pages follow a logical hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) to support screen reader navigation
• Content– Important information is not conveyed through images alone
• The purchase journey – We regularly verify that the entire flow from the home page to checkout can be completed without a mouse

Known limitations
We continuously work to identify and address accessibility issues. Third-party apps and integrations may affect the accessibility of parts of the website - we review these on an ongoing basis.
